COACH HAROLD is from New York and has 38 years of extensive training as a personal trainer of martial arts techniques and traditional fitness methods for both individuals and groups.

The training takes place in Coach Harold’s private gym in Hellerup or can be held in corporate clients’ own fitness center for employee group training sessions.

The private gym allows a set-up that is tailored and optimized for personal physical and mental quality training with a combination of strength, cardio, and martial arts.
